I had high hopes for my stay, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by significant issues. The noise insulation in my room was inadequate, making it hard to relax as I could hear everything from loud conversations to street noise. Additionally, the service during breakfast was very slow, leading to long waits just to have my order taken. Even worse, upon check-out, there was confusion regarding the charges on my bill, which left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Breakfast couldn't have been better with numerous delicious options, cooked to order – I loved the flexibility of not just sticking to a buffet. On the downside, I did experience some issues with the street noise early in the morning, which disturbed my sleep. Additionally, while the staff was mostly attentive, I faced a hiccup during check-in regarding the ID requirements, making for a stressful start. Overall, the charm and beauty of the hotel mostly outweighed these minor inconveniences.
